Flight Crew

Erica Dublin, Founder & CEO

A “been there done that” real-life road warrior, Erica is the CEO and founder of See Jane Fly, as well as the unofficial ambassador for TravelSox.

After wasting way too many hours scouring the web to plan her next trip and countless “what went wrong” stories shared with fellow co-workers and friends, Erica set out to find a solution that would save her and fellow Janes from women’s biggest travel complaint: too many options, too little time. From there it was just a matter of time before the core of what would become See Jane Fly - a product that brings simplicity to today’s travel experience - was born.

Prior to founding See Jane Fly, Erica was a marketing and public relations executive, during which time she oversaw product launches for the likes of Lucasfilm, Electronic Arts, Yahoo! Games, and Turner; managed the Star Wars and Indy brands in Europe and Asia Pacific for LucasArts; and co-founded a non-profit for animal welfare called Saving Tails. Powered by soy lattes, Erica lives in San Francisco with her husband, new baby boy, and two cats.

Christina Henry de Tessan, Vice President of Publishing

An avid traveler and travel journalist, Christina Henry de Tessan began her career in publishing at Chronicle Books in San Francisco. In her late twenties, she moved to Paris, where she became an expert in pains au chocolat. Upon her return, Christina approached Chronicle Books with the idea of creating a collection of urban strolls formatted as a deck of cards. Today, the City Walks series includes more than 20 cities, and Christina serves as the Series Editor. As Senior Editor of the Night+Day series, Christina helped launch a series of city guides for the cosmopolitan traveler. Christina also writes for Condé Nast Traveler’s website, concierge.com, and other travel publications. See Jane Fly’s Mommy Jane, Christina lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and two wildly energetic boys.

Josephine Courant, Creative Director

An interactive media specialist in web design and development, Josephine Courant brings an impressive background of techy know-how and creative vision to the table, in addition to speaking fluent IT. Before joining the See Jane Fly team, Josephine owned her own web design company, Novella Media, where she launched websites for companies large and small, including Chevron, MVP Asset Management, Vista Guapa Surf Camp in Costa Rica, Audley Capital in London, and Night & Day Travel Guides. When she isn’t feverishly slaving in front of her computer, Josephine is most happy writing in her journal, taking photographs, and drinking cappuccinos. After a 10-year love affair with San Francisco, Josephine recently relocated to Boston with her husband/personal chef and is expecting her first baby this Spring.
