Daylong retreats include morning and afternoon yoga sessions, lunch and use of the pools, grounds and the fitness center ($135). Half-day mini-retreats include a three-hour yoga session followed by an afternoon of soaking in the pools, exploring the grounds and dining at one of the on-site restaurants ($65).

Top off your post-class Zen with a delicious vegetarian meal downstairs. Much of the produce featured on Ubuntu's garden-fresh menu comes from the restaurant's own biodynamic gardens.
