Located inside the Whole Foods Market at Town Square, Barefoot Sanctuary offers a variety of yoga classes, even have a handstand class -- who knew? Price is $10.00 a class. Note: arrive 10 minutes before class, you meet at the juice bar and they take you back to the workout room.

Winsor Fitness

Pilates maven Mari Winsor’s Westside studio offers fusion yoga, Gyrokinesis, mat Pilates and Reformer classes. Winsor, who’s trained the likes of Minnie Driver, Jamie Lee Curtis and Sandra Bullock, offers private and semiprivate sessions, but don’t worry if you can’t book a session with her—her staff rocks.

Pilates Plus puts a fresh spin on the traditional pilates workout by making it a group activity on the machines. Each person has their own reformer, but follows an instructor. Sign up online before you go—classes fill quickly and walk-ins can't always get a spot.

This urban oasis in the middle of downtown offers a variety of yoga classes in a non-competitive atmosphere. Want to try something a bit unusual? Check out candlelight flow yoga or, in the summer, try sunset yoga classes, which are held on the rooftop deck at a nearby hotel.
