The Jet Set Girls

The Jet Set Girls’ founders, Hope Schmid and Annie Fritz have been best friends since the third grade (they’re not about to tell how long ago that was!). Though we make our homes in different cities, we talk nearly everyday—usually to plan our next girls’ getaway. We have a passion for travel. Annie served as Travel Editor at Woman’s Day magazine for 5+ years. Between the two of us, we average a trip a month, typically somewhere around the U.S. or in the Caribbean.

We launched The Jet Set Girls in October 2007 to build on our enthusiasm for travel with our girlfriends. While our main focus is girls’ getaways, we also cover fashion and beauty on a near daily basis. Our goal is to find exciting resorts, great restaurants, fun nightlife and new travel tips to share with our readers daily. We just recovered from Anne's bachelorette party, which left us with volumes of information about planning a great party.
